In the neon-lit streets of CyberCity, a new form of technology, known as "Cata-Tech," is revolutionizing the way society interacts with the digital realm. These devices, shaped like cat collars and fused with AI, allow humans to experience the internet through the heightened senses of a feline. With it, people can see, hear, and feel digital data as if it were alive, giving them unprecedented levels of immersion. But as with all technology, it's not without its dark side. Lyla, a former hacker with a mysterious past, discovers that when wearing the collar, she starts experiencing haunting visions of a ghostly cat named "Sable." This feline entity guides her to uncover a string of unsolved disappearances linked to the Cata-Tech.
